Salesforce Product Manager Miami FL (On site 5 days a week) Full Time Web Cam Interview $160K/Yr plus bonus Role:- As a Salesforce Product Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, implement product strategies, and own the end-to-end lifecycle of business information systems projects. You will drive initiatives globally, working closely with business and technical teams to design, build, test, and implement solutions. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We're seeking an experienced and self-directed individual with a strong background in enterprise business application management and development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced environments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary voice and representative of applications within your functional area. Manage the entire product management process, including idea generation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and delivery. Lead discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives. Research and propose solutions to meet internal customer needs. Oversee configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, NetSuite, and integration systems. Remove roadblocks, triage defects, and provide clear communication to stakeholders. Manage and mentor a team of product owners. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 5+ years of product management or similar experience in software and business application development. Proven experience leading and supporting enterprise business application management and development. Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Exceptional technical skills and business acumen, with the ability to address complex challenges. Ability to work independently and in dynamic environments. Proficiency in documenting requirements and process flows. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant technical experience considered. Recommended Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder. References from business or IT leaders familiar with your previous work.
