This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will spearhead the delivery of Salesforce Solutions by overseeing the design and development of application components. You will manage project timelines, resources, and risks while being the key point for the development team. This role is essential in ensuring the project meets customer needs based on the latest Salesforce architecture and enables a seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Additionally, you will develop roadmaps for future development to set industry standards while protecting security protocols.
Accountabilities
- Lead the overall delivery of Salesforce Solutions, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
- Manage project schedules, resources, risks, and reporting to meet project goals.
- Provide guidance and act as an escalation point for the Salesforce development team.
- Support customers and end-users in defining their requirements based on Salesforce architecture.
- Develop implementation plans and roadmaps for future Salesforce development initiatives.
- Ensure successful integration with existing infrastructure without compromising security.
Requirements
- Strong domain expertise with the Salesforce platform.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience in the IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in managing high-impact initiatives in an enterprise environment.
- Strong team collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting, analytics, and tracking systems like Jira.
- Experienced in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
