Required Skills 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce-related projects. Strong expertise in Agile & Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master certification preferred). Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementation, migration, and integration projects. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Strong understanding of JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
