Key Responsibilities

Analyze Salesforce requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to understand testing scope and objectives.
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios covering functional requirements and edge cases.
Execute manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and UAT testing.
Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear and actionable information to development teams.
Perform regression and impact testing after system changes to ensure existing functionality remains stable.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Loader, and Salesforce data models.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Salesforce Test Framework, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
Strong defect management, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Experience collaborating with developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

Experience testing Salesforce customizations and integrations.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD environments.
Knowledge of Salesforce security, permissions, and sharing models.
Salesforce-related QA or testing certifications.
