Job Description
Salesforce QA Hybrid San Francisco, CA 3 days/week Full Time Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing of Salesforce applications (Service Cloud).
- Design, write and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements.
- Apply Salesforce admin concepts for configuration and testing support.
- Identify, document and track defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers and Meta engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Strong experience in Salesforce functional testing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce admin concepts (user management, security, configuration, Escalation/de escalation, Case management , case routing , Agent configeration).
- Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools.
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) testing.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA or similar roles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
