Salesforce Quality Engineer

• 6+ years of experience in Functional Manual Testing
• 3+ Years of testing experience in SFDC Sales CPQ testing - ( Quote to Cash Knowledge- Mandatory)
• Experience of Testing Life Cycle, Testing artifacts, Sandboxes, Test Data creation, etc.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• SFDC Sales Cloud: Good understanding of the Account->Lead->Quote->Order business process and underlying SFDC objects
• SFDC Service Cloud: Good understanding of Account -> Case -> Service workflow and underlying SFDC objects
• Experience in system testing, integration testing, regression, and acceptance testing
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect tracking, reporting, and project stakeholder communication
• Experience of Agile/Scrum- Way of Working, Backlog planning, daily stand-up, retrospection
