Job Summary:
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Consultant : experienced Consultant to drive onsite discovery workshops, lead business discussions, and define end-to-end business processes and requirements. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand current Quote-to-Cash processes, identify gaps, and design scalable RCA-based solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
- Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes (pricing, quoting, contracting)
- Experience in business process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution design
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in CPQ to RCA migration/transformation projects
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, subscription models, and billing processes
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, RCA Consultant )
- Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs
