Salesforce Solutions Architect

To acquire the advantage, Zolon PCS is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect. This program will replace multiple decentralized and legacy quality management environments with a single, enterprise-wide platform that supports quality, compliance, training, audits, risk management, equipment management, supplier management, and corrective action processes across FDA Centers and Offices. The solution will support FDA organizations, including the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Office of Pharmaceutical Quality (OPQ), Human Food Program (HFP), Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS), Office of Inspections and Investigations (OII), and other FDA quality organizations.Job Description: Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions. Provide architectural leadership across business, application, data, security, cloud, and infrastructure domains. Design and implement Zero Trust Architecture aligned with NIST SP 800-207 and CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model. Integrate Zero Trust principles across cloud, network, endpoint, application, and data environments. Experience and expertise in Salesforce GovCloud solutions and ComplianceQuest. Expertise in integrating the cloud ICAM with solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. Design and govern hybrid, multi-cloud, and cloud-native architectures utilizing AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Government Cloud environments. Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and agency-specific cloud requirements. Design enterprise integration architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and middleware platforms. Integrate cybersecurity requirements into all architectural designs and technology solutions. Ensure compliance with NIST RMF, NIST 800-53, CISA directives, and federal cybersecurity mandates. Design security controls supporting data protection, encryption, PKI, SIEM/SOAR, and threat detection capabilities, and collaborate with security teams during ATO, continuous monitoring, and risk assessment activities. Design and implement DevSecOps architectures supporting continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and automated deployment strategies. Develop cloud financial management and FinOps strategies to optimize technology investments. Monitor and analyze cloud utilization, consumption patterns, and operational costs. Support implementation of AI-enabled solutions, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), and automation platforms. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Program Manager and business stakeholders. Translate mission requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions. Prepare and present architecture artifacts, briefings, and executive-level recommendations. Support technical solutioning for new opportunities and task orders. Assist in proposal solutioning, reviews, and technical volume development.Requirements: Minimum 12 years of solution architecture experience. Experience in architecting AI-enabled solutions and Salesforce GovCloud solutions. Experience designing ComplianceQuest enterprise deployments preferred. Experience designing secure multi-organization enterprise platforms. Experience supporting FedRAMP and NIST 800-53, system ATO requirements. Experience implementing ICAM role-based access controls and enterprise security models. DevSecOps architectures supporting continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) Experience in designing and implementing AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Government Cloud environments Experience supporting records management and regulatory compliance requirements. Supporting Zolon's Client team in drafting technical proposals and new business development. Bachelor's degree.
