About Valorx:Valorx is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our Professional Services Team. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver passionate about understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. As a key technical expert, you will work closely with clients to assess their requirements, guide them in best practices, and ensure successful solution implementation using Valorx products.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and technical challenges.
- Design and implement customized solutions using Valorx Fusion and Excel technologies.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying and optimizing Valorx solutions.
- Assist with solution configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve product offerings based on customer feedback.
- Ensure that implemented solutions align with client goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in solution implementation, consulting, or technical support.
- 1+ years of experience with programming languages (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel (Must).
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer) are a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
