Job Description

Our client, an established company in Kalamazoo, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Specialist.

Title: Salesforce SpecialistEmployment Type: Full Time Direct HireWork Arrangement: Onsite, Kalamazoo, MISalary: $52,000 - $93,000

Role SummaryAs the company’s dedicated Salesforce owner, you’ll move the org to Lightning, redesign how data is entered and reported, and train the sales team to use it. You’ll build and deploy changes yourself, report directly to senior leadership, and back up the customer support line when the team is short.

Responsibilities

Lead the move from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, from planning through user rollout
Review how sales and support use Salesforce today and redesign data entry, tracking and reporting
Build and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, automation, reports and dashboards
Create written guides and short training videos, and run training for sales and support staff
Set up a process to archive inactive customer accounts
Track customer call metrics in Salesforce
Back up the support team on inbound calls and emails, including order entry and lookups in internal systems
Set up new customers in internal systems and keep their records current
Keep all customer data accurate and confidential

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Has configured and deployed Salesforce changes personally and trained non-technical users
Preferred: Salesforce Admin, App Builder or Platform Developer I certification
Preferred: Classic to Lightning migration experience
