Hiring: Salesforce Sr. Marketing Cloud Administrator Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sr. Marketing Cloud Administrator to join a dynamic IT and Marketing team supporting enterprise-scale marketing automation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment managing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms and customer engagement journeys.

Key Responsibilities:• Administer and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio• Manage customer journeys, triggered campaigns, email templates, and automation workflows• Monitor platform health, integrations, and data performance across SFMC and Salesforce CRM• Troubleshoot journey failures, email deliverability, and integration issues• Build and maintain AMPscript, SQL queries, automations, and reporting dashboards• Support Marketing Cloud Connect integration with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations• Provide user support, documentation, and training to marketing teams

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration
Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and Data Extensions
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect and Salesforce CRM integration
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience with email deliverability and marketing compliance best practices
