Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Salesforce Support Engineer. This role involves supporting multiple Salesforce applications within our organization, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in Salesforce administration and functional design.
Proficiency in managing user setup, roles, and security within Salesforce CRM.
Experience with customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
Ability to develop triggers, custom objects, lightning flows, and small enhancements to Apex / Batch classes.
Prior work experience in the client's industry is essential.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow for tracking incident/request progress.
Familiarity with creating and maintaining technical documentation and SOP documentation.
Knowledge of data management activities including data loads and data clean-up jobs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and support of Salesforce applications.
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM.
Stay updated on key technological trends and changes from Salesforce and identify opportunities for integration.
