Job Description

Job TitleMaintain and configure the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.Provide user support and training to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce tools.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.Implement changes and updates to Salesforce workflows, fields, and permissions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for decision-making.Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and addressing discrepancies.Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features or functionalities.The Successful ApplicantSalesforce CRMSales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account EngagementExperience CloudConfiguration changes in SalesforceFlows, Triggers, Validations, and Workflow RulesPermission sets and profiles

Salesforce Lightning ComponentsAzure Dev OpsService NowHands on HTML knowledge for marketing email templates is advantageous

Working knowledge of:Event Management AppsSalesforce Lightning components

Experience with loading bulk data in Salesforce using APEX Data loader or similar ETL tools.Investor Flow's Pipe+ Solution experience is a plus
