The role is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, designing Salesforce-based solutions, supporting system enhancements, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring that Salesforce platforms align with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flows.
  • Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications.
Salesforce Solution Design
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects on solution design.
  • Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
  • Recommend process improvements and platform optimizations.
Data & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Perform data analysis using Salesforce reports, SOQL, SQL, and integrated analytics tools.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
Testing & Deployment
  • Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT plans.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
  • Validate system changes before production deployment.
  • Support release management and change management activities.
Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and IT teams.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and JAD sessions.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
