Job Description
Position: Salesforce Tech Lead (Sales Cloud Expertise) Location: Costa Mesa, CA / Remote Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Contract Job Description: Serve as the Salesforce Technical Lead, driving the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. Provide hands-on leadership across the full Salesforce development lifecycle, focusing on Sales Cloud and Agentforce implementations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design efficient solutions. Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Customize and configure Salesforce components including Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Workflows, and Validation Rules. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Oversee data management processes including migration, cleansing, and deduplication activities. Drive continuous improvement by implementing new Salesforce features, releases, and innovations. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards. Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Agentforce platforms. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and API integrations. Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder). Salesforce Technical Architect or Platform Developer II certification preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on delivery excellence
