Immediate need for a talented Salesforce Tech Lead. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Houston, TX or Juno Beach, FL (Onsite). We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Salesforce Tech Lead.
This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce development — it sits at the intersection of enterprise integration architecture, data engineering, and AI-augmented delivery.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, leads with technical depth, and embraces Generative AI and Agentic AI tools as a core part of their daily engineering workflow.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated technical leadership
Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform internals
Strong experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms (REST APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns)
Proven track record in data migration projects — ETL design, transformation logic, reconciliation, and cutover execution
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling
Active daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context
Experience in Experience Cloud / Community portals, Service Cloud case management, and workflow automation
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II (required); Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer (strongly preferred)
Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with awareness of compliance and audit requirements
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Agentforce
Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms
Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content management systems
Background in multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models
MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Associate certification
