Job Summary (List Format):
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst (BA).
- Expertise in gathering requirements for Salesforce applications and backend web services (including microservices, APIs, and data mapping).
- Proven experience with SAFe, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and managing product delivery initiatives.
- Skilled in requirements gathering and backlog management for enterprise-level applications.
- Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience in data mapping from source systems to web services and from web services to Salesforce.
- Healthcare payer domain experience (Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial), including claims and operations processes.
- Proficient in driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team delivery.
- Ability to demo Salesforce applications and train end users.
- Technical knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and API-based integrations/microservices architectures.
- Understanding of data transformation rules, system integration, and modern cloud architecture patterns.
- Familiar with workflow management, business rules engines, routing, and automation solutions.
- Strong requirements elicitation and facilitation skills with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Capable of translating complex business needs into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Salesforce certifications required; Salesforce Health Cloud experience preferred.
- Data Cloud experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience supporting healthcare claims workflows, adjudication, inventory management, or workflow orchestration solutions.
- Background check required; drug screen not required.
