Job Title: Salesforce Technical BA / DeveloperExperience: Senior-level experienceJob Type: Contract

Job Description

We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce professional with experience in business analysis, solution architecture, data modeling, security, analytics, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solution architecture and data models.
  • Configure Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
  • Develop and optimize SAQL queries and Salesforce Analytics/Tableau CRM dashboards.
  • Use JIRA and other project management tools to track user stories, defects, and sprint activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve production defects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce technical experience.
  • Experience with solution architecture and data modeling.
  • Expertise in Salesforce security and access management.
  • Practical experience with SAQL and Salesforce Analytics/Tableau CRM.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience leading technical implementations and design reviews.
  • Experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and production support.

Important: Candidates must demonstrate practical technical knowledge during the interview, particularly in SAQL, solution architecture, data modeling, security, and troubleshooting.
