Job Description
Request ID: 110484-1 Title: Salesforce Technical Lead Locations: Norwalk, CT (Onsite) Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive) JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles and Responsibilities 1). Design| implement| and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and ensure client success. 2). Design and document well architected Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability| performance| and security 3). Development and deployment 4). Design and implement integrations with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs| middleware| and ETL tools. 5). Define data migration strategies and execution. 6). Oversee integrations and configuration 7). Collaborate with business analysts| product owners| and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. 8). End-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects| including planning| execution| and deployment. 9). Code reviews and performance optimizations 10). Implement CICD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. 11). Manage version control and branching strategies. 12). Coordinate sandbox and production deployments. 13). Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients| providing technical advice and design direction. 14). Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture| data model| security model| and integration patterns. 15). Plan and resolve tech debt 16). Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and AppExchange products. 17). Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks. 18). Optimize queries| triggers| and workflows for speed and reliability. 19). Conduct regular health checks and system audits. 20). Ensure compliance with data governance| security policies| and regulatory requirements 21). Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend adoption of new features. 22).
