Job Title: Salesforce Technical Manager (16 + years of experience)
Location: Albany, NY Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate in defining and executing comprehensive transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with existing technology architecture.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, department leaders, and external partners, to drive alignment, buy-in, and ongoing support.
- Provide regular updates on program progress, challenges, and achievements through structured reporting.
- Support effective management of dependencies across Salesforce implementations to ensure smooth, efficient, and predictable delivery outcomes.
- Assist in monitoring and managing budgets to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Identify potential risks proactively and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure program effectiveness.
- Guide periodic performance reviews and recommend strategic adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation or transformation engagements.
- Experience delivering case management or large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification required.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging executive-level audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and program timelines effectively.
- Experience in program governance, reporting, and performance tracking using KPIs and metrics.
