Knowledge of JIRA, Agile Craft, Kanban,Agile Development Methodology, MicrosoftOffice tool and Sharepoint.4. Knowledge of Telco products and services isadded advantage.5. Excellent communication and mentoringskills6. Extensive experience planning, facilitating,eliciting, documenting, and managingbusiness, functional and technicalrequirements.7. Expertise in writing User Stories, conductingSprint ceremonies and reports on health ofscrum team.8. Significant experience with both traditionalwaterfall SDLC and Agile/Leanmethodologies.9. Exceptional writing, communication,teamwork and influencing skills that foster acollaborative and continuous improvementenvironment.
