Job Title : Salesforce Technical Project / Program ManagerLocation : Pleasanton CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)Duration : 1 yearKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track project progress, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Oversee Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations, customizations, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, proactively providing solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and best practices in project management.
- Provide clear reporting and updates to executive leadership on project status, budget, and resource allocation.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience leading Agile teams.
- Proven ability to work effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience managing complex system integrations, data migrations, and platform enhancements.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Project Manager) are a plus.
