Must be local for in-person interviews.Experience Required: 6-8Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation ofSalesforce Service cloud Voice (SCV) for customer service operations on Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project leadership and deep technical expertise in Service Cloud and SVC, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business outcomes and strategic objectives.• Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget• Track project progress and provide regular status updates• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams and if required, salesforce team• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Developers, Administrators, QA engineers, Architects• Remove blockers and ensure team productivity• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes• Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment cycles• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance• Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices• Maintain documentation for solution design and processesGeneric Managerial Skills, If any• 10+ years of IT experience, 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership roles• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations preferably with SCV• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies• Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills• Familiarity with Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project• Excellent communication and stakeholder management• Leadership and decision-making skills• Problem-solving mindset• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s in computer science or other related field• Years of Experience: 5 yearsCompany Benefits & Culture
