Location:Based out of our Plymouth headquarters, this role is designed for the modern professional. You’ll enjoy a blend of on-site client consultations in the Twin Cities area and remote design time from home. We provide the local infrastructure; you provide the creative drive wherever you happen to be sitting.
Position Overview:Are you a dynamic sales professional with a flair for design? As a Salesperson Design Consultant (designer), you'll be the driving force to generate sales, leveraging your passion for design to create captivating storage solutions for our clients. From initial consultation to final installation, you'll be the trusted advisor guiding clients through their customization journey and closing deals that leave a lasting impression. This is a flex-based position with all the support of working in an office setting and all the flexibility and comfort of working from your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive your sales growth through a dual-lead strategy. You’ll capitalize on our corporate marketing leads while proactively hunting for new business and nurturing the professional relationships that set you apart.
- Conduct compelling client consultations, uncovering their storage pain points and desires.
- Use our specialized CAD software to create personalized, 3D storage solutions that streamline the design process and "wow" clients with accurate visualizations.
- Present proposals with confidence and finesse, overcoming objections to seal the deal.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Closet Factory’s installation teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain our competitive edge.
- Network like a pro, attending events and forging partnerships to expand our reach.
