Join the Taylor’d Wellness team as a Receptionist & Sales Associate — where your personality, confidence, and ability to connect with clients directly determine how much you earn.

This is a great role for someone who loves talking with people, enjoys wellness services, and gets excited about helping clients choose the memberships and products that fit their goals.

Our front desk team is the heart of the business. You’re the first person clients meet, the one who guides them through our services, and the one who helps them understand the value of memberships and retail products.

Your sales conversations directly impact your income.The people who thrive here are the ones who enjoy recommending services, explaining benefits, and helping clients commit to their wellness goals.

If you’re comfortable talking with people and naturally lean into sales, you’ll do very well here.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression.
Sell memberships, packages, and retail products.
Explain the benefits of red-light therapy, sauna, UV tanning, and other wellness services.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle payments.
Keep the space clean, organized, and guest‑ready.
Support the team with light cleaning and laundry (everyone helps — even the owners).

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who enjoys sales and isn’t afraid to talk to people.
A friendly, confident communicator.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Professional appearance (business casual).
Reliable, upbeat, and able to multitask.
A team‑player who understands that sales are part of the job, not optional.

Earning Potential:

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their income through performance.You’ll earn:

Hourly minimum wage.
Commission on membership sales.
Commission on retail sales.
Performance‑based incentives.

If you’re not comfortable selling, this job won’t be a good fit.If you are comfortable selling, you’ll make significantly more than hourly pay alone.

Our company started when Doug and Charity both worked for the same big chain massage corporation. We were not happy with the way clients were herded in like cattle and that the therapists were treated as disposable. We knew we could do better. In 2015 decided to make a go of it.Our first space was shared, and it was tiny! We were on a shoestring budget. There was only one room to work from so we promoted couples massage to build up our clientele and got some great reviews. Word of mouth worked as our best marketing technique and eventually we moved into a space that better suited us.Soon we outgrew that space and found the building we currently occupy. However, we only occupied Suite 3. It was an upgrade from our previous space, and we saw a potential for growth. Within a couple years we have expanded and now have more room to allow us to expand our team and offerings.We Now Offer a Variety of Holistic Therapies Including:Massage, Skincare, Hypnosis, Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Red-Light Therapy, UV Therapy and Vibro-acoustic Therapy that will refresh and rejuvenate your body and mind.
