Job Description

Franklin Retail Solutions has partnered with Bombardier Recreational Products and we are looking for a merchandising rep within the state of Utah. Ideally the candidate would have knowledge of powersports products and the accessories that accompany them. The candidate should also be able to lift 50lbs and have a basic knowledge of tools. There will be required travel to multiple locations in Utah to merchandise BRP products.

Merchandising role and responsibilities:

Retail Merchandisers will be responsible for documenting, merchandising, and organizing BRP products within the retail stores serviced.

Each Retail Merchandiser will use the company's online platform "MVP" to:

Learn more about the projects and clients
Schedule store visits
Download and/or print merchandising directives for store visits
Submit an online report based on the store visit to include uploading high-quality photos within the report

While in store:

Develop a partnership with the store management and associates during visits
Effectively merchandise client product within the store creating a positive impact between the before and after photos
Interpret and implement planograms and BRP merchandising standards.
Take before and after photos of store merchandise displays using a digital camera, smartphone, or tablet (iOS and Android compatible)
Complete BRP Survey form that is utilized for Dealer Certification points
Complete Dealer Sign-off sheet

Program Scope:

Multiple locations around the state of Utah
Visit length is determined by Company, with a 4-hour minimum per visit; during open-for-business hours.
Visits ideally to be scheduled for Monday through Friday. To be coordinated with FRS and BRP.
As well as significant opportunities to merchandise other top brands in sports at Dick's Sporting Goods and REI locations throughout the state

Locations:

Salt Lake City, Bountiful, Draper, Logan, West Haven, Honeyville, Erd, Fairview, and Helper. 1 visit per location (as outlined by Company); attend training at both the Salt Lake City, UT and Bountiful, UT locations only
