The core responsibilities of this role include: Our Sanitation Workers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness within our facilities. You'll clean warehouse utilizing a variety of equipment and products. Remove all refusefrom officesand building daily. Clean breakroom, work areas and maintain exterior property. At DHL, YOU will be an essential part of everyday life.

Position: 1st Shift Sanitation

Shift: 7a-3:30p Monday - Friday

Pay: 17.85

Additional Incentives:

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: 0-6 months general warehouse experience, ability to operate a variety of powered equipment in a safe manner, good verbal communication skills.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around company facilities

Key Accountabilities:

Clean warehouse utilizing a variety of equipment and products.
Remove all refuse from offices and building daily.
Repair damaged pallets.
Remove ice and snow from walkways and parking lots.
Wash and sweep inside of trailers.
Clean break room and work areas.
Maintain exterior property, keeping it clean and orderly.

Required Education and Experience:

Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program with the first 30 days of employment
0-6 months general warehouse experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
