The Opportunity

The VistaVu team is growing rapidly and is seeking a seasoned SAP Business One Solution Architect to join our Business One Team. The successful candidate is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Business One solutions that align with client business processes and strategic objectives. This role ensures successful delivery of projects through technical expertise, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration.

What will you be doing?

Solution Design & Architecture

• Define end-to-end SAP Business One architecture for new implementations and upgrades, advanced modifications, and advanced integrations.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in solution design.
• Work with existing strategic customer to define road maps for digital transformations and large scale internal changes.

Project Delivery

• Lead SAP Business One implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, and configuration.
• Oversee integration with third-party applications and add-ons.
• Implement 3rd party addons as well as our Resolv addons.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients on SAP Business One best practices.

Quality Assurance

• Validate solution design against business requirements.

Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance.
• Document solution architecture and maintain knowledge repositories.

What experience do you need?

• Minimum 3-5 years in SAP Business One implementations or project management.

• Ideally 5-7 years working with ERP systems at a minimum.

• Proven track record in solution architecture and system integration.

• Certifications:

• SAP Business One Certification (preferred).

• PMP or Agile certification (optional but advantageous).

• CPA (optional but advantageous).

• SAP S4 Public Cloud (optional but advantageous).

• Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of SAP Business One modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing).

• Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, and integration tools.

• Project Management

• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile).

• Analytical Thinking

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.

• Leadership

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
