26-07327Onsite : CO SAP Business Process Exception Management (BPEM) and Case Management Consultant JD Responsible for leading the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Business Process Exception Management (BPEM) and Case Management within an SAP S/4HANA Utilities environment. This role drives exception handling strategy across billing, device management, deregulation (IDEX), FICA (finance and contract accounting), and customer service processes, ensuring integration with IS-U, CRM, and other SAP/non-SAP components. The lead oversees requirements gathering, solution design, defect management, and process optimization, while guiding offshore/onshore functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders. Key focus areas include exception scenario definition, case lifecycle management, automation opportunities, reporting/monitoring, and ensuring regulatory and operational compliance. Minimum Requirements: max cost rate ofTravel required 5+ years of experience in SAP Utilities (IS-U) with at least 2 full lifecycle CIS implementations. Strong functional expertise in BPEM, Case Management, and exception handling processes (billing, invoicing, metering, move-in/move-out, collections). Hands-on configuration experience in IS-U Proven ability to lead functional teams and coordinate with offshore/onshore resources Strong understanding of utility industry processes (electric/gas) and regulatory requirements Experience in defect triage, testing support, and cutover/go-live readiness Excellent client-facing skills, with ability to translate business requirements into functional design Responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Industry Solutions (IS) for the utilities industry. Works closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design, implement, and deliver SAP IS solutions that meet their needs.
