The position requires 4 days onsite in Tallahassee (expense paid for travel when travelled). Job Requirement• Experience in planning, leading and coordinating projects• Configure and implement SAP CRM functionalities, ensuring proper integration with other systems.• Responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP CRM solutions• Experience with SAP CRM architecture• Experience in creating and managing test cases, test plans, and test results using ALM• Experience in defect tracking, reporting, and integration Tool with other development tools using ALM• Experience in the functional and/or business process areas• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of CRM-related issues.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business processes
