Job Description
SAP Data Entry Specialist Pay Rate: 25.00 per hour, W 2 Duration: 3+ Month Contract Work Mode: Remote
4 hours per day for 3 months; can be remote. - Part Time Looking for Candidates with experience in these SAP Modules:ME2O - Movement "O" status/ PGI
MIGO- Inbound Receipt for components/ Production Goods Receipt to FG
ME21N, ME22N - PGI Outbound
VL10B- Create Delivery
VT02N- Manage Shipment
VL02N- Execute PGI Shipment
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in SAP and internal systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Gather data from various sources; being investigative as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet data needs and support ongoing projects as required.
- Respond to data-related inquiries from colleagues and management promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven experience in SAP data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software/databases.
- Excellent organizational, time-management skills, and ability to multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides) and SAP-EAM.
- Minimum 1 year in industrial maintenance, preferably in reliability functions.
