Job Title: Senior Project ManagerLocation: TechM US CA FremontYears of Experience: 10 15 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects, specifically utilizing SAP Activate methodology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high quality outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage cross functional teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Lead and manage end to end project lifecycle using SAP Activate methodology.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.Conduct project reviews and post implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.Mandatory Skills:Strong knowledge and experience with SAP Activate Project Management methodology. Proven experience in managing large scale projects in a fast paced environment.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.Preferred Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Experience with Agile methodologies.Familiarity with SAP software solutions and tools. Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.10 15 years of project management experience, with a focus on SAP projects.Demonstrated success in leading complex projects from initiation to closure.
