Role:-SAP Finance Program/Project Manager- end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC) and Financial PlanningAnalysisLocation:- Boise, ID( Hybrid/ Remote)Visa:- AnyJDKey Responsibilities:Lead strategic Finance transformation programs and end-to-end project delivery from definition through execution, adoption and value realization. Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC) and Financial PlanningAnalysis.Partner with executive sponsors and Finance leadership to define scope, success metrics, timelines, resourcing and governance.Drive process-centric project execution, ensuring impacts to upstream/downstream finance processes are clearly understood. Apply structured program and project management practices to plan, execute, monitor and de-risk multi-phase initiatives.Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as needed.Ensure alignment of project outcomes with finance process standards, controls and business objectives. Establish and monitor KPIs to track delivery progress, process performance and business impact.Coordinate cross functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.Drive change management activities, including communication, training, UAT coordination, and operational readiness. Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership.Required Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of experience in finance transformation, program/project management, or process driven initiativesProven track record leading large, cross functional programs with measurable resultsExperience leading initiatives that include process improvement and operational changeLean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (Green Belt considered with strong leadership experience)PMP or equivalent certification preferredExperience with Finance systems and reporting/analytics platformsStrong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a matrixed organization
