Job Description
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration, including Time and Labor integrations.
- 10+ years of IT Leadership experience in HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management platforms.
- Strong expertise in Payroll business processes, operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM Integration with SAP FI-GL (GL posting and garnishment payment processing).
- Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite, UKG Pro WFM or Kronos.
- Ability to transform business requirements into functional specification documentation that incorporate the necessary technical data attributes and pseudo coding techniques, and handoff for SAP ABAP development.
- Strong Leadership and facilitation skills, to provide leadership and guidance to internal customers.
- Ability to work with limited supervision to manage priority tasks and report progress.
- Ability to mentor team members.
- Experience in Food Processing industry, and large hourly workforce environments.
- Agile/Scrum or PMP Certification.
