Deep understanding of SAP Incentive Management and Sales Performance Management solutions. Able to work independently and in teams in a fast paced and changing environment. Hands-on experience on SAP SuccessFactors Incentive management solution Minimum 4-5 end-end cycles of implementation experience in implementing and managing Callidus Cloud Commissions/Success Factors Incentive Management. Should have experience in data model, stage hooks and XDL customization Hands on experience of compensation plans , Clawback, Loyalty, Bonus etc, SQL Database table design and backend tables Working with Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflows, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirements Knowledge of Life sciences domain and S/4 HANA is an desirable SAP Commissions certification is an advantage
