Job Description

Our North American client is seeking for an experienced SAP Material Management and Production Planning (MM-PP) Business Systems Lead to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have 10 + years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and PP modules, including configuration and support with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations focusing on manufacturing and supply chain processes with strong integration knowledge across related modules including SD, EWM, PP, QM, and FI CO, and a track record of delivering full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations. This will be a fully remote work setting with limited travel to the client office. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leading end-to-end solution delivery, post-go-live support, and continuous process improvement. Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules such as SD, EWM, P2P, QM, and FICO. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications. Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation. Support production processes including Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Workflow Handle support activities including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning. Lead cross-functional workshops, provide guidance on SAP best practices, and identify opportunities for process optimization. Train business users and provide ongoing support for post-implementation activities. Mentor team members and foster collaboration across business and IT teams.
