SAP P2P Consultant

Job Description

Infosys is seeking a SAP P2P Consultant

This position requires a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• This position is at Wichita, KS. Candidate may require relocating to the location.
• This role may Involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Configure and implement SAP software

• Work with clients to understand their business needs and processes

• Design, customize and implement solutions to meet those needs

• Provide training and support to users

• Write functional specifications for development team

• Analytical and Communication skills

• Planning and Co-ordination skills

• First tier support to P2P (SCM) ServiceNow tickets

• SAP P2P issues

• SAP P2P access requests

• SAP P2P mass update requests

• Create/Run Winshuttle scripts for SCM mass updates

• Schedule/maintain SCM Dollar Universe SAP jobs

• Assist SAP COE P2P team with other functions/tasks as needed

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email and face to face.
