Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that optimize plant maintenance operations and asset management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
5 years of hands-on experience with at least 1 full lifecycle implementation
Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing operations and asset maintenance practices
Proficiency in related apps and methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Certification in relevant management or modules
Experience in mobility solutions and integration with third-party tools
Understanding of Industry 4.0, digital twins, and predictive maintenance trends

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of the module for manufacturing clients
Analyze business requirements and map them to functionality
Configure objects including Equipment, Functional Locations, and Maintenance Plans
Integrate with other modules and collaborate to define KPIs and reporting requirements
Facilitate workshops, testing, and post-go-live support
Provide system enhancements and continuous improvement
Document functional specs for development objects
