Job Description
Job Title: SAP SME Manufacturing (Supply Chain Functional Consultant) Duration: 12 Months Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week) Exp. Level: 10+years Typical Responsibilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more SAP functional areas (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR, SuccessFactors). Analyze business processes and design optimized SAP solutions aligned with organizational strategy. Configure SAP systems, prepare functional specifications, and support technical development. Conduct fit- gap analysis, UAT, and SIT . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support. Ensure compliance with corporate, industry, and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, SOX). Key Skills Deep expertise in SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA Finance, Logistics, or Manufacturing). Strong understanding of business process design , integration points , and master data management . Experience with end-to-end SAP implementations , migrations , or upgrades . Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology , Solution Manager , and Cloud ALM . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
