Role:-SAP S/4HANA QA Manager-both Brownfield and Greenfield acceptableLocation:- Washington DC( 5 days onsite look for locals)Visa:- AnyMode of Hire:- FTE/SubconJDJob Title:SAP S/4HANA QA ManagerExperience:10+ years (Relevant SAP Testing Leadership)Job Summary: We are seeking an experiencedSAP S/4HANA QA Managerto lead quality assurance for large-scale SAP programs.The role involves managing end-to-end testing strategies across complex SAP implementations, with responsibility for driving quality across SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing.Key Responsibilities: Lead QA and testing activities for large SAP S/4HANA programs, coveringSIT, UAT, and Performance TestingOwn and manage theSAP testing track , ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practicesProvide overallQuality Assurance leadershipfor SAP projectsLead and mentor a team of approximately25 FTE , including onshore and offshore resourcesDrive testing forBrownfield implementations ; open to Greenfield projects as wellCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure test readiness, defect management, and delivery qualityRequired ExperienceSkills:Strong experience inSAP S/4HANA testing and QA leadership , Customer Interaction and Requirement CollationProven track record of leadinglarge SAP program testingHands-on experience managingSAP QA/Test teamsExposure toBrownfield SAP projects(Greenfield experience is a plus)Implementation type not restrictive;both Brownfield and Greenfield acceptable is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
