Role:-SAP SAP COPS design Consultant- Carve OUTLocation:-Cincinnati, Ohio(Remote fine)Mode of Hire FTE subconJDSAP SAP COPS design Consultant- Carve OUTShould have6+ years of SAP FICO experience with Good communication . Implementation and Rollout experience is must.a Conduct SAP FICO process configurationa Update and maintain all SAP FICO functional documentationa A Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling a Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.)A Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirementsA Facilitate workshops to collect business requirementsA Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needsA Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modulesA Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.A Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve problemsA Document functional designs, test cases and resultsA Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancementsA Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects AA Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical teamA Provide ad hoc training and user support as requiredA Work self directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members Desired SkillsExperienceA Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projectsA Minimum of 3 years SAP experience supporting General Ledger plus 3 or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter company AccountingA Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, CS, HR, PM/EAMA Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same timeA Experience in a Professional Services company is preferredA Understanding of accounting business processesA Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspectiveA Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
