Summary of Role:
GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the functional execution of Order to Cash Track to support ongoing mergers and acquisitions. This individual contributor will be responsible for ensuring that acquired semiconductor IP business can be effectively sold, quoted and billed within GlobalFoundries systems, with particular emphasis on SAP SD module enablement.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise commercial systems and a strong understanding of how IP is sold, licensed & billed.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Commercial teams for IP Order Management process setup in SAP SD.
- Own end-to-end SAP Order to Cash functional execution for integration of acquired semiconductor IP businesses.
- Oversee design and delivery of SAP SD & MM Configurations & Customizations for non-inventory, product-service offerings for IP licenses & royalties.
- Support M&A integration and carve-out activities with a strong focus on Day-1 and Day-2 operability.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of enterprise IT delivery or systems experience.
- Demonstrable ability to Lead IT partners for successful design & delivery.
- Demonstrable understanding of commercial IP business models, including how IP is sold, contracted, and billed.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD & MM module, particularly in contract-based billing, revenue recognition, and non-inventory or product-service offerings.
- Hands-on experience with IP Pricing & Royal Calculations for any industry.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and Business teams to operationalize commercial terms in IT systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in semiconductor, EDA, semiconductor IP, fabless, or foundry environments.
- Experience in delivering M&A Projects.
- Exposure to semiconductor IP royalty reporting.
- Exposure to semiconductor IP pricing model.
Expected Salary Range
$104,000.00 - $208,000.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
