Role:- SAP Service Finance Senior Analyst - SAP COLocation:- Austin TX orSanta ClaraCA( 5 days onsite)Mode of Hire:- FTE/SubconJDService Finance Senior AnalystRole SummaryThe Service Finance Senior Analyst is a key role within the GIS organization, supporting finance system activities across Service Finance domains. This position contributes to both ongoing operations and strategic finance system initiatives, including system design, testing, integration, and business process controls. The role requires close collaboration with the Integration Project Management Office, Sales, Operations, and cross functional IT teams to support Finance processes, systems, and applications related to Service Finance. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of system integration processes, and deep expertise in SAP functionalities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport SAP ERP integration for strategic projects across the full project lifecycle: Assessment, Design, Build, Testing, Training, and Implementation within the Service Finance domainServe as the primary Service Finance support for financial processes related to Service Management businesses within a manufacturing environment, including:Service contract based businessInstallationWarranty (I W) supportService OrderRepair OrderAct as a key liaison between Project teams, Business stakeholders, and GIS teamsPartner with business teams to:Develop and refine business processesDefine system requirementsAnalyze financial impactsWork with technical analysts to implement proposed system solutionsPrepare and execute testing script, identified issues, resolve defects and assist to drive solution to ensure high quality, scalable solutionsDevelop process documentation and deliver end user training for change readiness and to production support team for knowledge transferDefine data conversion strategies and cutover plans, assist in execution, validation, and financial reconciliationProvide post implementation support to ensure solution stabilitySupport Continuous Improvement Projects implementation initiated for Service FinanceOversee and manage contingent workers performing project and/or support servicesRequired QualificationsBachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldStrong experience with SAP ERP (ECC) and/or SAP S/4HANASolid Finance / Accounting background with understanding of end to end financial processesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and validationProficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, TeamsStrong analytical and problem solving skills, including root cause analysisClear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide concise status updatesAbility to manage multiple priorities and support concurrent projectsProven ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting finance system implementationsor integration projectsKnowledge of Project System (PS) Finance integrationExpertise in SAP Controlling (CO) and Revenue Recognition processesExposure to SAP CRM / CRM Service, SAP C4C, CPQ, SAP S/4HANA
