Job Title: SAP Sales / Service Solution ArchitectLocation: TechM US CA FremontYears of Experience: 10 15 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Sales / Service Solution Architect to join our architecture team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP solutions, particularly in the sales and service domains, and will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet our clients' business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects.Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of SAP Sales and Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and methodologies to optimize solution delivery.Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on SAP functionalities and capabilities.Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.Support project management activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding. Mandatory Skills:Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Service solutions, including configuration and implementation.Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP environments, with a focus on sales and service processes. In depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution) and CS (Customer Service).Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its capabilities in sales and service.Familiarity with integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in sales and service management. Certifications in SAP Sales and Service modules are a plus.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.10 15 years of experience in SAP solution architecture, specifically in sales and service domains.Proven track record of successful SAP project implementations.
