This role owns end-to-end delivery, coordinating SAP, hyperscaler, and SI partners with minimal business disruption.Key Responsibilities

" Own program governance, roadmap, KPIs, and executive reporting

" Lead S/4HANA upgrade and RISE migration execution

" Manage data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness

" Act as single point of accountability across IT, business, SAP, and partners

" Oversee Basis, integrations, security, testing, and quality managementRequired ExperienceSkills

" 15+ years in SAP with strong technical program leadership

" Proven S/4HANA upgrade and RISE with SAP (Private Cloud) experience

" Deep expertise in SAP Basis, data migration, integrations, and cutover

" Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skillsWork ModelOnsite Bay Area, California (mandatory)
