In SAP technology at PwC, you will specialise in utilising and managing SAP software and solutions within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

The Opportunity

As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you will help lead the design and deployment of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions. As a Manager, you will oversee the delivery lifecycle, maintaining exceptional project management and client engagement while mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technology, translating business requirements into innovative AI architectures that drive success.

• Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Oversee project delivery and promote productive client engagement
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth

• Manage the entire delivery lifecycle from orchestration to deployment
• Foster collaboration within the team to drive innovative solutions
• Uphold exemplary standards of project management and quality assurance
• Embrace emerging technologies to enhance service delivery

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML development

What Sets You Apart

• Proven experience in managing AI/ML development
• Demonstrating proficiency in Python for model development
• Familiarity with cloud services for SAP integrations
• Knowledge of plugin-based architectures and custom AI builds
• Experience managing pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Assisting teams in developing technical coaching and skills
• Participating in client interactions regarding AI feasibility
• Aligning GenAI solutions with ethical guardrails

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
