Hours: Up to 10 hours/week to start; scaling to 20+ hours as the business grows

Compensation: $50–$75/hour, based on experience and skill level

  • Track student progress and adjust instruction based on performance
  • Communicate with parents as needed regarding progress, next steps, and test logistics
  • Represent us professionally and uphold the brand's results-driven standard

Required Qualifications

  • Confidence teaching all sections of both tests, including ACT science
  • Located within approximately a 2-hour drive of Chattanooga, TN
  • Strong interpersonal skills with both students and parents
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage an independent schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior tutoring or teaching experience, particularly in standardized test prep
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress at a strong program)
  • Comfort with the College Board's Bluebook app and standard digital tools
