This role is central to managing patient treatment planning and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with patients regarding recommended treatment plans and facilitate financial arrangements. Build and nurture relationships with patients and team. Make sure every patient leaves with an appointment and payment. Follow up with patients to ensure full schedule and enhance satisfaction and retention. Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with Dentrix is a plus. Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
