Saw OperatorPay:$19.00 per hourLocation:Claremore, OK 74019Shift:2nd Shift | Sunday Thursday | 4: 00 PM 1: 00 AMJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125272Position OverviewStand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Saw Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Claremore. This hands-on position is responsible for operating saws and related equipment to cut metal materials accurately while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.The ideal candidate has manufacturing or machine operation experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.Required Experience & Skills Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred Ability to accurately read measurements and work orders Experience using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools Basic math and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a teamEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate saws and related machinery to cut metal materials to customer specifications Read work orders, blueprints, and measurements to ensure accurate cuts Verify finished materials using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools Monitor equipment during operation to maintain quality and precision Perform basic machine maintenance and routine housekeeping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards Report equipment issues, material shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors Perform additional production duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Experience operating industrial saws or similar manufacturing equipment Previous metal fabrication or production experience Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Familiarity with blueprint reading and precision measuring toolsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment Comfortable working around industrial machinery and moving equipmentWork Environment Fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment Exposure to metal materials, industrial equipment, and production machinery Safety-focused workplace requiring PPE at all times Team-oriented environment with opportunities for long-term growthWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Stable second-shift schedule Immediate opening with a reputable manufacturing company Hands-on work with long-term career potential Opportunity to build valuable manufacturing and machine operation skillsReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration by visiting our office:Stand-By Personnel Claremore507 E.
