Saw Operator 2nd ShiftPay:$13.75 base + $1.00 shift differential ($14.75 per hour total)Location:Catoosa, OK 74015Shift:Monday Thursday | 3: 30 PM 2: 00 AMOvertime:Available as NeededJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125774Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Saw Operator to join a manufacturing team in Catoosa. This position is responsible for operating industrial saw equipment to accurately cut materials according to production specifications while maintaining quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Required Experience & Skills Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a teamEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate industrial saw equipment safely and efficiently Measure and cut materials according to work orders and production specifications Inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met Load and unload materials from saw equipment as needed Monitor equipment during operation and report maintenance concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous saw operating or metal fabrication experience Manufacturing or warehouse background Experience using measuring tools and production equipment Forklift experience is a plusPhysical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPEWork Environment Industrial manufacturing facility Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and safety Team-oriented workplace with overtime opportunities Four-day workweek with occasional overtime as production requiresWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Four-day workweek with three-day weekends most weeks Shift differential for evening hours Overtime opportunities available Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Great opportunity to develop manufacturing and machine operation skillsReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel Claremore507 E.
